Service Description

Please be considerate of my time and the services I provide. I work by appointment and when you cancel without 48 hours notice, I make a trip and lose revenue. Things happen sometimes and its understandable but after the first time. I must charge to compensate for a portion of my loss. $25 or the amount of service if less. Fee is per dog. ******Please notify me if if something comes up.

Cancellation Policy

Please Do Not cancel through email. Emails are NOT monitored. Text preferred or call to cancel or reschedule. Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations are understandable. Things happen. That said, there is a $25 fee per dog for appointments cancelled without notice or No Showed last minute. Deposit of $25 will be non-refundable if appointment is missed. I work by appointment so please text or call with any adjustments that are needed. For example: *If you are running late to drop off or pickup. After 15 minutes late to drop off I will need to reschedule appointment. *No early drop off or late pickup. Dogs are picked up in a reasonable amount of time after grooming is done... approx 30 minutes. A pickup by time is usually given and a text when grooming is completed. ...closing time is 3pm.
